Follow one patient from enquiry to discharge in one system.
Fedelsoft Practice Manager is the software a consultant surgeon wrote to run his own hospital. It is now open to other practitioners, clinics and hospitals.
Enquiry
Each practitioner has their own public enquiry page. A name and an email address are enough to create a lead, and a full application can follow from the same page.
Consultation
Patients reserve a time from their portal for your team to confirm, or your team books them in. Record the consultation and Fedelsoft transcribes it and drafts the letter for you to check and sign. Consent is tailored to the patient and signed on their own phone. Photographs go straight from your phone to the record.
Theatre
The booking takes its fees from the accepted quote, and goes from the waiting list onto an operating list. Fedelsoft works out each admission time from the order of the list. On the day, timings are clocked against the running order and the operation note is written on the same record.
Ward
The ward board shows who is in which room. Scan a wristband at the bedside and that patient's bedside record opens. Each admission has its own record, from admission through every entry to discharge.
Afterwards
One invoice carries the practitioner, anaesthetist and hospital fees, each kept apart, and the patient can pay it by card from the portal. Follow-up messages after a treatment go out on the days you set. Patients who join a membership see their plan and treatments in the same portal.
And everything behind the patient.
One system in place of the booking app, the forms app, the membership app, the rota spreadsheet and the equipment folder.
For your patients
A portal in your practice's own colours: appointments and times to reserve online, letters, documents, messages, consent to read and sign, bills to pay by card, and their membership.
In clinic
Clinics built singly or as a run. Notes with diagnosis, history, medication and allergies. Recording, transcript and drafted letter. Prescriptions, tailored consent, drawings from your tablet and printed labels.
In theatre and on the ward
Booking form, waiting list, operating lists and operation notes. Theatre timings. Ward board, admission records and bedside wristbands.
Money
Quotes with your own discount schemes, invoices, payments and receipts. Disbursements to surgeons and anaesthetists. Expenses and payment runs. Books your accountant can drill into.
People
Rota, leave on the rota and duty sign-off. Reception sign-in by name or a scanned code, and a live list of who is on site. Practising privileges applications. Policies, documents and personnel records with review and expiry dates. Duplicate contacts flagged as you add them and merged in one place.
Equipment and stock
An equipment register with maintenance schedule, service log and fault reports. Stock counted and drawn down, with every movement recorded.
Growing the practice
Each practitioner's own public enquiry page and application form, leads with where each heard of you, follow-up messages, memberships and a daily report.
Governance and security
Progress notes on complaints. Safeguarding referrals. Sign-in with a passkey or a two-step code, and access set for each person from templates.
Your day on one page.
Start shows today's schedule, what is waiting for you and your unread messages. One search bar finds patients, contacts and organisations, and takes a question in plain words.
A practitioner with privileges at two hospitals signs in once and chooses where they are working.
Works with your Google Calendar.
Connect your own Google account and your clinics, operating lists, appointments and meetings appear in your calendar. Move an appointment to another free time in the same clinic and Fedelsoft moves it too.
Fedelsoft adds its own entries to your calendar and keeps them up to date. To notice when you move one, it asks Google for changes to your calendar and keeps only the entries it wrote itself; your other events are discarded and never stored or shared. Patients appear by initials and record number, never by name. Disconnect at any time from Settings.
